The challenge

Teams needed a central place to track construction projects, inspections, deficiencies, and follow-ups while keeping reliable information accessible in the field.

The solution

We developed the PAQ Portal to bring together property portfolio, warranty, training, and inspection management. The application also generates custom reports, locates deficiencies on plans, tracks project progress, and manages follow-ups.
